CMS continues to make changes for health carriers and we’ve got you covered. (See what we did there.) The second final HHS Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2022 announced intentions to return oversight authority to CMS for qualified health plans (QHP) certification process for Federally-Facilitated Exchanges (FFEs), including network adequacy standards and reviews. Those offering products in the 30 FFE states can expect to see new network adequacy regulations.
