The second final HHS Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2022 announced intentions to return oversight authority to CMS for qualified health plans (QHP) certification process for Federally-Facilitated Exchanges (FFEs), including network adequacy standards and reviews. Those offering products in the 30 FFE states can expect to see new network adequacy regulations.
